David Kendrick/ Managing Partner/Executive Producer
A veteran broadcaster and a pioneer of radio and Internet convergence, David has successfully managed highly rated radio stations, major market sports departments and large scale Internet initiatives in his career. One of the stations he managed launched the first commercial radio station Website in 1993, pre World Wide Web. He is a Radio Advertising Bureau Certified Digital Marketing Consultant.
David’s experiences and specialties include brand management, business development, strategic planning, tactical implementation, guerilla marketing, product development, packaging and distribution, and team building.
Over the years his teams have launched some of the most ambitious and successful radio station Web sites in the country and have earned several integrated media awards for development of convergence and integrated media programs. Team and personal honors include many radio industry and community awards; Webpage, Wammy and Associated Press distinctions for many radio station Web sites; three Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International Adrian Awards for creation of Postcards From Sonoma Country and two California Travel & Tourism Commission awards for the Yosemite/Mariposa County Tourism Bureau.

Roger Coryell/Strategic Interactive Director
A veteran Bay Area air personality and truly an Internet pioneer. Roger is currently Managing Partner of Brandhound, a online marketing firm headquartered in the Bay Area. He developed and launched the first radio-station website in the US in the early 90s, was an early adopter of Internet streaming radio, and was one of the first broadcasters in the country to use email to market to listeners.
Web sites Roger has created and managed have won numerous prestigious awards, including the AWRT’s "Kudo Award" for best radio website in the Bay Area and the Web Marketing Association’s award for "Best Radio Website".
Roger is a key member of Innovative’s strategic development team and oversees Innovative’s client interactive initiatives.

Leonard Nelson/Strategic Video Initiative Director
With more than 20 years in the entertainment business as a broadcaster, interactive media director and musician, Leonard has a keen sense for how to effectively integrate content and advertorial with streaming media to produce a desirable engagement with audiences and advertisers. Sites Leonard has built and managed include KNBR, KFOG & KSAN in San Francisco
In addition to being part of the strategic development team, Leonard handles all of Innovative’s client video field work, editing and production. His teams in turn include some of the most experienced strategic and videographers in the area.
